My name is Lydia Richez-Bowman, welcome to Studio de la Lune! I'm an abstract, mixed media, contemporary visual artist with a passion for color and texture, many of my paintings include metals, metal leaf and more.
Most of my paintings are done on canvas, using acrylic paints, exotic papers, metal and are ready to hang. I also do small paintings on paper which are matted and framed. Textiles including weaving and now, dye on fabric have become exciting art forms to add to my repertoire
Photography is another art form for me, I look for abstracts in nature. I do not use PhotoShop to enhance or modify the image.
I also make one of a kind Jewelry and dabble in encaustic's.
